Privacy notice

Last updated 23 October 2026

This notice explains what happens to the information you share on critika.com, which is your work email when you register your interest. We keep it short because we collect very little. Critika operates this site; you can reach us at hello@critika.com.

What we collect

  • Your work email address, which is the only thing the form asks for.
  • Campaign tags from the link you arrived on, if present (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
  • Bookkeeping: when you first and last registered, how many times, and where your registration stands with us (for example, contacted).

We don’t store your IP address. To prevent abuse of the form we keep a salted, one-way hash of it (for IPv6, of its network prefix) tied to a ten-minute window. Expired entries are deleted as the form is used.

Why we collect it

To contact you about Critika and the work you’d bring to it. We rely on your request (you asked to hear from us) and, for abuse prevention, on our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Where it’s stored

The site runs on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, and registrations are stored in Azure Table Storage. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf and may do so in data centers outside your country.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it to contact you about Critika.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@critika.com. Every email we send you will also tell you how to stop hearing from us.

Changes

If this notice changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
